Yahoo-group Memelland (Klaipėda Region)
Within this group meet researchers and interested people that deal with the northern most region of East Prussia – Memelland (the Klaipėda Region) – in the context of local history and genealogy. The Klaipėda Region was made up of the districts Memel, Heydekrug and Pogegen after World War I, when this region had been detached from the German Reich. This group too may help finding answers to many questions.
